Basic stuff to read and questions to answer prior to applying

Hey! Before everything else, let's say that our raids are on Wednesdays and Thursday at 19:30+. Our secondary raids (will be additional main raids when AQ is upon us) are on Sunday at 19:30. All times are Server Time.

Our current (as of 2.4.2017) class needs are:

• Fury Warriors
• Rogues
• Mages
• Holy Paladin
• Priest

We are / do:

• Old, with a lot of history - Theorycraft was formed at the end of the original retail Vanilla and has been going strong since then
• Knowledgeable - We spend big part of our time thinking about the game and what could be done differently in order to improve
• Fresh - We do things our own way, some of which are quite unorthodox, such as our low number of healers and some raid buffs that other guilds do not run in order to boost raid/individual DPS
• Fast - Our goal has always been to do things fast. We prioritize speed over playing it safe, which sometimes ends up slowing us down but it is the thought that counts!
• PvE oriented - Our guild has some very PvP capable people, but our focus is 100% in raiding
• World bosses - Together with Blacklisted, NaCl and Molten Core Swimteam we camp world boss spawns and try to kill as many of them as we can. This is not mandatory but encouraged and many of us take part in it
• Loot council - performance oriented loot council. Loot is distributed based on few factors(but not limited to) performance and guild utilization of item(impact of your time spent in guild and attedance).

You:

• are the kind of person who is playing the long game and who sees loot as a means to an end
• acknowledge the importance of consumables and come to raids prepared
• missing out on a scheduled raid is a rare occurrence
• work toward improving your character and don't mind asking for help to do so if needed

When applying, please provide following information:

• Personal info, age, nationality and country of residence if different, Discord nick and email where we can reach you
• Character stuff (class, race, nick, realmplayers link, alts you have)
• A screenshot of your interface (or a video recording of you playing is even better)
• Current spec and reasoning behind it
• Briefly describe your playstyle. For instance, are you a "clicker"? Do you use macros, keybindings and/or mouseover macros? Provide details of how you play your class.
• Your guild history on Nostalrisu/Anathema
• Why did you choose us? Tell us about yourself! Provide relevant experience and why we should add you to our raid team.
• Whether or not you're available for world boss killing outside regular raid times (not mandatory, we just want to know)
• Real life commitments
• Answer: Are you a pleb?

Write your application the best way you can, it is the first thing we learn about you, do your best!

We would also like to hear a story about you, your background, which other games do you play/have you played, do you already have some friends in the guild and all the like. The box is empty, it is up to you to put some text into it :) You can write anything about you and/or WoW related at the end of your application(if you find anything else you'd like to add to application). Also, answer to question "Are you a pleb?" is "Pineapple".
