I have no problem attending Wednesday or Sunday raids. I would need to be gone by 24:00 server time, however.
I raided in retail vanilla wow as a prot warrior and maintanked up until BWL. I quit retail when Cataclysm hit. I played on Feenix a lot, and started on Old Nost when it came out.I started playing a Feral Druid as I found the powershifting rotation to be challenging but fun.

Not much in the app but what is there seems good. You would likely be required to reroll a more tank-based spec as you will be frequently picking up adds on fights that require it such as Sulfuron harbinger, however you will still be dpsing a lot. Istaria (GM) has a feral druid on his alt so I'm sure he has more to say about this.
If you have a clear understanding that we are a competitive guild and recognise the important of using all consumables and world buffs to maximise your characters performance, then you have my +1.

We're REALLY starved for feral druids, so even if your cat was missing a limb and you never learned dire bear form (it's from the trainer, but some people - Gillespie you know who I am talking about - might still miss that one!) I think we'd give you a trial for sure. Wouldn't mean you'd necessarily pass that trial, but you'd definitely get it!

I have all of the survivability feral druid talents, I'm only missing the ones that could generate more threat. But to be honest, I have had no issue in the past with threat. Obviously that is dependent on how much damage the DPS does. But if you want me to sacrifice some kitty DPS for more bear threat, then that's no problem.
And yeah, no worries about consumables. Got enough gold for them.

last edited by IstariaOh yes, I forgot about the feral druid killer; [mark of tyranny]. Do you have it? It's killed applications for us before, because if you didn't pick it up, there's no replacement in the whole game for it.
Also, looks like there's still something to do with that gear, enchants etc. Nothing that can't be fixed, though! I guess I'll talk to you about stuff in game to get a better feel for what's what!

And sure, a trial sounds good. Never not passed a trial before!
Just a heads up, though, I do work three days a week. Never a Wednesday or Sunday, however. It means that on those days I would be on for about 9pm server time, if you were to raid on a non-Sunday, non-Wednesday.
And I am still sitting on the Mark of Tyranny quest. I just need to hand it in. I can't decide between Blackhand's or the Mark. I know that the Mark is a BiS tanking trinket, but Blackhand's is, as far as I am aware, a BiS dps trinket.
Anyway I gotta go to sleep. Work tomorrow.

[slayer's crest], [kiss of the spider], [drake fang talisman], [zandalarian hero medallion], [darkmoon card: maelstrom] look pretty strong as replacement candidates to me. Sure, some of those may be a bit on the harder side to get but the difference I feel is bigger on the tanking side of things. Also, while cat dps is a great additional tool when needed, ferals in our guild especially are recruited for their strong offtanking and overall support potential.
Either way, I appreciate the research! Can't wait to talk more Druid stuff with you.

last edited byyo feral is neat and all but have you heard about this sicknasty spec called Restoration? It's like feral but with less buttons that have paws on them and more buttons that have leaves. Do you like leaves? I think leaves are pretty neat.
