Theorycraft selling raid loot

We have made a complete overhaul on our entire raid loot sales system. Even if you have bought something from us before, please read and understand this entire post.

We form our raid composition on the morning of the raid day. In order for you to get in, you need to send me (Istaria or Shanyatral) a confirmation mail in-game with a pledge of 200 gold before I have assigned our raid spots for the day (generally around 20 hours before the raid but this varies slightly - it's better to be well on time). You should be ready to be invited into the actual raid at 18:30 server time on Wednesday.

If the item that you want is of LIMITED availability, which means that someone in the guild needs it but hasn't yet signed up, you can and should send your pledge. If the item then becomes unavailable later on, your money will be returned to you if you don't have any other items you are interested in.

This pledge money will also be returned to you after the raid if you actually attended. If you did not attend for whatever reason, we keep the money as compensation for having an empty raid slot in the raid. You need to do this before every raid that you wish to attend, even if you have been with us before. If you are buying either [head of Onyxia] or [head of Nefarian], I will refund your 200 gold after you have successfully buffed us. If there are multiple people looking to buff us at Raid start, you'll get to roll who does it.

If you did not get into the raid composition (did not send me a letter on time), I will not add you! Upon adding you, I will also mail you in-game to make sure you got the news.

We do not take any buyers when Darkmoon Faire is up.

We will not get competing buyers for the same loot in at the same time anymore. If more than one person is interested in the same piece of loot, whoever makes a higher bid will secure the raid spot. Current bids are listed next to the items.
