Anyway, we currently have 2 resto druids and generally would like to run 1 per raid. We can raid with 2 too, it's not the end of the world, especially in BWL. However, the other one has quite a busy schedule and misses raids often so like I said it could be good to have one more. Our priests are currently missing in action due to some IRL stuff all of them are going through but when they were all around, they were taking turns sitting raids out. Better to have 1 too many than 1 too little I guess, although it always pains me as a guildmaster when someone has to sit out a raid they would like to attend.
Anyway, as for the resto situation; The only resto druids we have don't really need almost any loot anymore and even our feral druids have quite a bit of healing gear (they could still use some upgrades though because I occasionally have to ask them to heal and when I do, it would be great if they had similar gear to the resto druids as gear is the main factor when you are assigned to healing a tank f.e).
So yeah, we could use you, especially if you don't mind missing the occasional raid. One additional thing is that we're quite happy with our healing team right now, in terms of how well they play. Both our resto druids really carry their weight, our paladins are excellent, etc. If you can do as well as they do we'll happily have you in but we're luckily in a pretty good position as far as healing is concerned!

I'm pretty sure Nummine doesn't try to offend anyone, he's just the kind of person who accidentally does that :P One of the straightest shooters I've seen. No filter.
