Your current gear and even more importantly, which upgrades are you most seeking in both 5 man and raid content, hint, you can use the [item] [/ item] tag and itemname. You may also throw in some explanations as to why something, if it's not obvious.

last edited by IstariaI fixed those spaces with the item tags so they show properly. Current gear can also be found @ Realmplayers so we're mostly interested in what you think you should still get :)
Anyway, our hunter situation is quite OK atm. We have plenty of them (which is not a bad thing, because they are kind of the best of both worlds - physical dps at range), and they do considerable dps - better than I would have expected. So, keeping this in mind, we're not exactly in need of a new one right now. However, if you feel like you have a lot to offer to us, we'd like to know about it!
I for one am very interested about what is/was wrong with the old guild, why we are a better match, and some more background about you as a person and a player. This application does not tell me too much about who you are :)
All in all, it's hard for me to promise a constant raiding slot to a new hunter (apart from Onyxia, which everyone gets to do 100% of the time assuming they are there), but I'm not in the business of turning away good guys, either. If this does not bother you, we can talk further.
